Brother Felix Curran, O.S.F.

O n April 30, 1878, Brother Felix (James Curran), a native of Newark, New Jersey, entered St. Francis Monastery. He received the Habit on October 4, 1879 and was professed October 4, 1880. During the next twenty years Brother Felix taught in St. Mary\'s school. In community life he had the reputation of being a very holy religious, remarkable for his regularity and love of seclusion within the monastery. Brother Felix died on January 25, 1900.
